Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all photographs, floor plans, videos, graphics, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Vancouver Luxury Site Services (“VLSS”).

Clients receive a license to use delivered media for the marketing of the specific property for which the media was created. Media may not be transferred, resold, or reused for another property without the written permission of VLSS.

VLSS reserves the right to use completed projects for our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing before the commencement of the project.

Accuracy of Real Estate Floor Plans

Floor plans are intended for marketing purposes only. Dimensions, square footage, and layouts are approximate and should not be relied upon for construction, legal documentation, property valuation, or architectural purposes, unless it is an “As-Built” plan.

Buyers are encouraged to independently verify all measurements if they are important to the buyer’s purchasing decision.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vancouver Luxury Site Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website (https://www.vancouverluxurysiteservices.ca) or our services.

The maximum liability for any claim relating to VLSS’ services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
