How will I receive my completed orders?

Your completed files will be delivered digitally via the Aryeo client portal.

When can I expect my media to be delivered?

Photographs and Floor Plans will be ready next day. Videos and Virtual Tours are typically ready in two- to three business days.

Do you offer discounts to new clients?

Do I need to prepare my property before VLSS arrives?

How do I book with VLSS?

There are many ways to book our services. Use our confidential booking system, Aryeo, fill out our contact form, email us, or call us.

Does VLSS do rush deliveries?

Yes, at an additional cost for same-day service or after 8:00am the next day. We deliver as early as before 12:00pm the next day. Contact us to request information.

What happens if my property is not ready or I need you to come back?

We aim to accommodate when we can; however, we will charge a return fee and/or on-site cancellation.

How much notice do you need for a booking?

We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for next-day service. If your preferred appointment is not available through our online booking portal, please contact us to discuss additional availability.

Does VLSS work on weekends?

Yes. However, our availability is limited.

Does VLSS charge a travel fee?

Services between Lion’s Bay to Agassiz are included. Beyond these locations, travel charges start at $150.00.
